If you are thinking of getting engaged in Madison Wisconsin, there are hundreds of possible options that are absolutely beautiful. One place in particular that would be perfect for nature lovers is Pope Farm Conservancy. They are most known for their sunflower fields (in bloom July through August), but are open year-round for the enjoyment of the public.
Our featured couple, Anna and Matt, got engaged here in the summer, and took their engagement photos in the fall with Maison Meredith Photography. These two are so genuine and sweet, and designed a cathedral solitaire engagement ring with a round-cut lab-grown diamond. They liked the Aurora design, and wanted to modify it to have french-set accent stones (instead of prong set). The center stone is held in place by romantic double prongs.
Pope Farm Conservancy is 105 acres, with eight miles of walking trails (plenty of room to pick a perfect proposal spot!). It offers a 360 degree view of Lake Mendota and the Capitol building, the west side of Madison and the moraine to the south and west. It offers gorgeous scenery no matter the season, from summer to winter to spring, making it an ideal location for an engagement. It's open from sunrise to sunset, too,
